Kyphus (Atari 2600 - a2600)

Kyphus - this unreleased prototype of Apollo.

It looks like a cross between badminton and Space Cavern, Kyphus strange game in which the player must maneuver dumpy guy through pseudo-3D maze of rooms, avoiding what appears to be glowing cloud that shoots lasers, and that the multi-colored robot that can only be a monkey in disguise.

Unfortunately, this prototype is very incomplete. It appears that there is no collision detection, a few sounds, and almost no gameplay. The only thing that can really make a move in this prototype to run from room to room, although not implemented collision detection there is no threat from the robot or the Cloud. In each room of the maze, it seems, a different color, and has three or four outputs (two on each side and one at the top and bottom). The maze consists of 64 numbers, but do not seem to have a certain pattern.
